WHEN YOU SHIP US A DEVICE FOR REPAIR
Typically, a repair takes around 1 week, and shipping will add on another 3-5 business days each trip, so from the time you ship your laptop, you can expect it back in your warm embrace in about 2-3 weeks.
We provide a 90-day warranty on all replaced parts, so if something goes wrong, we’ve got your back!
The cost of this service includes:
- The purchase of a brand-new repair screen
- Labor costs
- 90-day warranty on all replaced parts
- Return shipping
Pack your laptop and power cord into a box with packing peanuts, bubble wrap, foam, or other means to protect it while it is in transit. Add a piece of paper with your contact information (especially phone number) and any info about the laptop you’d like us to investigate.

Drop it off at your local post office, marked as fragile. We will contact you with a quote once we diagnose the issue.

If you purchase a new or used laptop from us and decide for whatever reason that you don’t like it (or, if it was a gift, your Aunt Franny decided technology is too complicated and she would rather a typewriter), you can return it to us, and you will return your money back minus a small re-stocking fee.
If the laptop does not work properly, we can either repair it for you free of charge, or you can ship it to us (we’ll handle the cost) and issue a full refund.
We recommend purchasing shipping insurance when you send us your laptop in case something goes wrong in transit. We will also include shipping insurance for your laptop’s trip back to you in the price of your quote.
