WHAT IF MY DEVICE IS BEYOND REPAIR?

If we’re unable to repair your laptop to your satisfaction, or if it’s fixable but the level of expense is above what you want to pay, you will not be charged for anything but the diagnosis.


DO YOU OFFER ANY GUARANTEE ON YOUR REPAIRS?

We’re confident that our repairs will last, and for that reason we certainly do. Check out our warranty for more information.


HOW WILL YOU HANDLE THE PRIVATE INFORMATION ON MY DEVICE?

Our employees will only access programs or files on your computer if they are necessary to your needed repairs. Check out our privacy policy to put your mind at ease.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE YOU TO FIX MY LAPTOP OR PHONE?

Every case is a little different. Often this depends on whether parts need to be ordered, and where they’re shipping from. Generally, you can expect to have your laptop returned to you in about a week.

However, be aware that sometimes new problems emerge once the old one is fixed (ie, once a cracked, blacked-out screen is functional again, it may lead to the discovery of another broken part), which could potentially add more time to the repair.


DO YOU BUY USED OR BROKEN LAPTOPS IF I DECIDE I DON’T WANT TO PAY FOR THE REPAIRS?

Yes, we have a fix and flip program to resell some damaged laptops, or we may be able to use your laptop for parts. Feel free to contact us to see if your laptop qualifies.
